He has successfully enabled IOC’s, Contractors and Policy Makers to effectively design and manage Local Content in ways that maximize benefits and minimize risk in Ghana’s upstream market. Over the last twenty years he has undoubtedly served as one of the leading conduit to investors seeking to enter the West African Energy sector with a specific focus on Ghana. Kwame has been involved in the profitable establishment of various companies in the upstream oil and gas spectrum. RDFC is now one of Ghana’s leading business development and market-entry support services companies, with a footprint in Sierra Leone, Kenya and The Seychelles.
