Leoncio Amada NZE is an experienced oil and gas specialist with extensive experience in the African oil and gas sector. He is the Founder and Chairman of APEX Industries SA, the former Director General State’s Petroleum Assets at the Ministry of Hydrocarbons in Equatorial Guinea and currently serves as the Executive President CEMAC Zone for the African Energy Chamber.
