Mamadou Goumble is the CEO of Energy Business at Janus Continental Group (JCG), a pan-African conglomerate with interests in the real estate, hospitality, conservation and energy sectors.

He is responsible for the running of JCG’s energy division, including GL Africa Energy, Dalbit International and Belgravia Services Limited (BSL). The three companies are involved in power generation, distribution and construction respectively and operate across eight countries in East and Southern Africa, with an ambition to generate 1000MW of energy across the continent by 2025.

Prior to this, Mamadou was Vice President of Africa Energy Businesses at Wärtsilä, a global player in the marine and energy markets. He has also held various senior positions at General Electric, Schlumberger and Nokia.
