Menny Barzilay is partner & co-founder of Cytactic – Cyber Crisis Management. In addition, Menny is the CTO of the Cyber Research Center at Tel Aviv University. Menny served as the CISO Unit 81, a secret technology unit in the Military Intelligence Directorate. After which, he joined Bank Hapoalim, as the head of the IT Audit department for the entire banking group and its subsidiaries worldwide. Additionally, he served as the chairman of the audit committee of two nonprofits. Menny frequently appears in the media and his papers are published in many places around the world.
