Rudêncio Morais holds a Master´s Degree in Mining and Geological Engineering which he obtained from Coimbra University – Portugal. He has got more than 10 years experience as an Exploration Geologist and he´s an independent consultant. He has done several projects in Coal, Oil and Gas. He holds a role as a Vice President of Geological & Mining Association of Mozambique (AGMM), and he´s currently working at Mozambique National oil Company (ENH) as Vice President for Exploration and Production . He´s also a Lecturer at Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologia de Moçambique (ISCTEM) and Universidade Técnica de Moçambique (UDM) Lecturing Geostatistic and Evaluation, Petroleum Geology and Petroleum Exploration, as well as a literature writer of which so far published three (Os Dialetos do Amor, Suturas do Amor and A Outra Dor).
